We leave you a summary of the most important aspects.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>How the case study was carried out<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/xaviergallardo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Xavier Gallardo<\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/nvtc.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Novatec Advisors<\/a> has briefly explained the 5 axes to carry out the digital transformation plan of a company, methodology used in KARTSANA and that allowed us the digital transformation. The central axis is occupied by the <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">Customer Experience<\/span> on which the actions of the rest of the 4 pillars are focused: The digitisation of the <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">Product<\/span> based on data collection, the optimisation of the company&#8217;s <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">Operations<\/span>, the management of the process of change of the <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">People<\/span> towards digital skills and the new ways of organising that allow a change in the <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">Business Model<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The KARTSANA case study<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Among the most remarkable aspects focused on Customer Experience that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/iv%C3%A1n-castelo-562b8a121\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Iv\u00e1n Castelo<\/a> pointed out were the investment in tools necessary for KARTSANA to continue growing in an orderly manner, such as the implementation of the <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">CRM<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">ticketing<\/span> system for the SAT and <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">3D printing<\/span>, which have changed the way of working.<\/p>\n<p>The CRM implemented is Freshsales, which has allowed us to track business opportunities, customer information and campaigns to specific market segments. The TICKETING system, Freshdesk, allowed us to monitor, follow up and reply to customers, improving quality and response times. Finally, the incorporation of 3D printing, which allowed us to speed up and internalise the prototyping and product development process, making it faster and less costly.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/albert-laliena-castillo-55489415\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Albert Laliena<\/a> talked more about the Operational and People part, and how the company worked in a realistic way to make the paradigm shift and achieve the digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2015 we started with the implementation of the <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">ERP<\/span>, followed by the partnership with Novatec in 2017 as a <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">strategic partner<\/span>, to accompany us on this journey. To this we add the support of ACCI\u00d3 in Industry 4.0 at the level of <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">funding and new challenges<\/span> in 2019, ending in this last year 2021, the new investments in the <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">machining centre<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">robot and 3D printing<\/span>, making <span style=\"color: #92a302;\">extraction of operational data<\/span> from the machines (PLC or Scadas) that allows us to have the information in the ERP and the processes and systems connected and communicated.
