Communication and cohesion between professionals in a company is key to improving productivity and efficiency. For this reason, at KARTSANA we are conducting a series of Team Building activities, in which we have participated in cooking workshops, outdoor activities, excursions, paintball… The latest activity: we went to PortAventura!
In all the activities we do, we encourage teamwork, organisational culture and collaboration. Getting to know each other better and highlighting our competencies allows us to achieve better results and a better working environment.
In addition, interaction in a more relaxed atmosphere and enjoying a fun day out in recognition of our work is part of our commitment, motivation and sense of belonging to the company.
At PortAventura, the most intrepid have opted for the most challenging attractions, others for more refreshing rides, but always pushing the limits of fun and relieving the stress of everyday work. On this occasion, the challenge was to get the best photo of the day, an image that reflected the corporate culture. Many photos were received, very funny and here we have the winners.
