On the 16th and 17th of November, KARTSANA was honoured to welcome distinguished customers from all over the world to our first International Customer Convention. The event, which took place at our facilities, was not only an opportunity to strengthen ties with our customers, but also to show them first-hand our dedication to excellence and innovation.
Throughout the two days, attendees had the opportunity to tour our facilities, from the factory to our state-of-the-art offices. One of the highlights was the inauguration of a new space to be used as a showroom and training centre, which we have named KARTSANA SPACE. This exclusive space showcased our most representative products, providing customers with the opportunity to experience first-hand the quality and innovation that characterise KARTSANA.
In addition to the product display, our Research & Development (R&D) and sales teams were available to showcase and answer questions on products in the Showroom. This initiative not only allowed our customers to better understand the technology behind our products, but also strengthened the relationship between them and our team, creating a collaborative and educational environment.
The convention was not only focused on technical aspects; we also took time to share more playful experiences that contributed to building stronger relationships. Every moment was an opportunity to make connections beyond business, encouraging a cohesive global community in the industry.
