KARTSANA S.L. held training days for its customer in the Czech Republic, FD SERVIS, on 10 and 11 April.
During these days, FD Servis Praha, s.r.o., recognized bodybuilder of ambulances and police vehicles leader in the Czech Republic, accompanied us with its customer Pardubice State Rescue Service, an important ambulance service that uses the electric stretcher POWER BRAVA TG-1000 and is considering incorporating the new electric stretcher SUPERBRAVA TG-2022, to their ambulances.
During these days, the knowledge of the products was deepened, doubts were solved and workshops on the use and maintenance of KARTSANA equipment were carried out. It was a very productive two days for all parties involved, reaffirming our belief in the importance of spending quality time with customers to understand their needs and offer them better solutions.
Committing to training
The new KARTSANA Showroom, strategically located close to the headquarters in Sant Quirze, is equipped with several meeting and training rooms, as well as a large exhibition space where all the company’s products, from stretchers, rails and chairs, to accessories, can be found. Here, our technical experts and engineers conduct hands-on training sessions, giving customers the opportunity to address all their concerns, and gain a deeper understanding of the products.
The response from customers has been positive, with numerous customers already signed up for upcoming training sessions in the coming months.
