Japan-based company, Belling relies on the quality of KARTSANA electric stretchers to equip its fleet of ambulances. Their value proposition is the improvement and optimisation of ambulance space from a more functional point of view, where our stretchers fit perfectly into their specifications.
In order to offer a better technical service, remote training was carried out for the company’s technicians from KARTSANA’s facilities. Through a deployment of audiovisual equipment, an extensive explanation of our POWER BRAVA stretcher and BRAVO rail was offered, with the aim of clarifying doubts and showing the correct use and maintenance of the stretcher.
During 2 days, our team was in front of the cameras so that our client could receive all the necessary knowledge, and be able to take the step of incorporating the electric stretcher in the Japanese market.
Afterwards, the CEO and founder of the Japanese company, Mr. Iino, visited our facilities. With great interest, he got to know the factory, the production process and had the opportunity to exchange impressions with Mr. Modesto Luengo, with whom he shares common affinities, both as founders and precursors of companies that attend to medical transport.
Currently, our stretchers are in Japan, the Toyota C-Cabin models will be equipped with the POWER BRAVA electric stretcher very soon.
With this new collaboration with Belling, KARTSANA intends to establish itself in the Japanese market, a market that seeks above all the highest quality of its products and services.
